A successful Executive from FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) becomes the CEO of a Dutch hospital to transform and future-proof its current business model. Bernhoven is a 380 bed general hospital in the south of The Netherlands and run as a charitable trust with 2,250 employees, 150 of whom are doctors.
