A company was transforming nearly two dozen separate ERP platforms into a common SAP S/4 Hana platform. This change affects over 40,000 people globally. Standardization makes end-to-end processes less siloed, simplify business processes, and streamline report generation. It also positions the company as an innovation leader by helping the organization support market initiatives and accelerate the integration of new brands and the deployment of new applications.
Implementation had already occurred in pilot sites when OXYGY was asked to enhance change management activities for further deployment in corporate, manufacturing, and commercial sites across three countries.
Objectives:
- Finalize global change assets through conceptual refinement and the creation of targeted stakeholder workshops and facilitation guides
- Further develop and finalize the role, routines, and toolkit for the Entity Sponsor and Managers along the implementation journey
- Implement the change playbook in all 3 locations (Paris, Libramont, and Canada)
