- Supported consolidation of 20 ERP systems into S/4 Hana by co-developing global change and training strategy.
- In line with the Global Adoption strategy, co-developed the training curriculum and training methodology to create 1000+ global template training assets for global, manufacturing, and regional
- Supported translation and versioning strategy and supported local entity rollouts with training implementation and training optimization.
