Business Expansion: co-designed the best strategy for internationalisation and related roadmap for clients in Education and Retail, developing vision & mission, Sustainable Competitive Advantages and USP. Assisted clients with reputational due diligence services. Managed the implementation of clients’ international strategy in collaboration with different service companies at the same time.
Innovation: Supported the innovation journey and the development of innovative concepts of leading international retail companies with a combination of trends’ analysis, customer observation and immersion, qualitative market research to gather customer’s unmet needs/insights.
Project and Change Management: Led complex internationalisation projects that required managing multiple stakeholders.
Capability Building: co-developed the capability frameworks for Marketing and Market Access populations, conducting interviews with external and internal stakeholders.
Commercial Operational Excellence: co-designed the strategy, organization model and competencies of the Strategic Affairs group EMEA of a leading Medical Device company.
M&A: Co-designed the OXYGY 360 enhanced due diligence to evaluate compatibility of a target organisation and/or to develop an integration plan of a recently acquired organisation.
Marketing & Branding: Designed and managed the full rebranding of companies in the service industry.
Operating Model Transformation: Co-designed the OXYGY 3R diagnostic to help a service organization design its post pandemic operating model.
