Since 1995, I have partnered with senior executives on their personal, leadership team and business strategies for sustainable success, combining performance improvement with real people engagement. I am a founding partner of Valeocon Management Consulting and I have served as Baseline CEO since September 2016, where I have designed and pioneered the integrated consulting and legal offering of the firm, bringing Valeocon and Baseline together in a common strategic perspective that ultimately led to OXYGY creation.

- Advised on the change management aspects of implementing a supply chain redesign in a global home appliances manufacturer:
- Re-enginereed the development process and business model of a mid-size pharmaceutical company, to accelerate time to market of new drugs and support diversification into biotech arena
- Supported the development of innovative value propositions for non-clinical stakeholders in a leading medical devices company
Innovative strategy formulation and deployment:
- facilitated the development of a new set of innovative products in a financial services organization, which have generated + 250% on company’s revenues
- coordinated a global innovation initiative that led to the development and launch of an innovative and successful concept store for a leading bookstore chain
- designed and customized strategy planning workshops to generate innovative strategies and related KPIs for dashboards in several industries (pharma, medical devices, consumer goods, retail, telecommunications)
International Expansion: advised several organizations in retail, technology and services industry to formulate and implement their internationalization strategy

- Customized and conducted Lean Leadership program for site leaders and above within global manufacturing and supply in a leading pharmaceutical Group
