Global Technology Implementation & Change Leadership: Created and deployed change leadership plans and activities during multiple large scale ERP implementation projects (Mainly SAP $23M-$200M-$225M) in multiphases approach. Including process & structure redesign or harmonization, communication, training and readiness assessment. In pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecoms and financial organizations.
Global HRIS Implementation & Shared Services : Led the implementation of Workday global recruitment and onboarding modules and the upgrade of the LMS in a manufacturing organization covering 9’000+ employees, 3 business units across all 5 continents. Transformed into a talent shared services center including the redefinition and harmonization of practices & processes and involving the elimination of multiple legacy systems.
Culture Transformation & Integration: Led the culture transformation initiative over multiple years, including alignment sessions & coaching with top leaders, culture change training for managers, a performance management simplification project, a diversity & inclusion initiative.
Led the culture integration assessment and project during the acquisitions of multiple retail chains by a pharmaceutical distributor.
