My Experience:
Business Transformation: Led the organization design, process alignment, change management and learning workstreams of a supply chain transformation in a multi-national consumer goods company.
Change Management: Supported a program to develop and deploy a global compliance process and supporting Oracle-based workflow across 20 production sites of a global pharmaceutical company.
Organization Design: Defined the vision, mission and value proposition and supported the development and implementation of an agile operating model for the US Pharma Commercial and Marketing Operations teams to effectively engage with key stakeholders.
Digital Marketing: Designed and implemented an integrated and scalable multi-channel marketing operating model for an Oncology franchise, including systems, resources, capabilities, playbook & investments requirements.
Capability Building: Developed a Business Partner Development program, clearly defining critical competencies needed to achieve the desired performance, and developed blended-learning interventions.
Operating Model Improvement: Supported the implementation of a program within a US based Field Force Operations team improving processes such as field analytics data intake, CRM master data management, HCP specialty management and attestations.
